In the dwindling days of summer, fall festivities like U-pick orchards, pumpkin patches and Halloween shopping are gearing up. However, before your fall calendar fills up, check out these five workshops at Cornerstone:

What: For those interested in classes beyond a one-time session, Cornerstone offers a variety of courses for adults and children in art, dance, theater, martial arts and fitness, according to a release.

When: The 12-week-long classes begin Monday, Sept. 10

Where: Cornerstone Center for the Arts, 520 E. Main St.

Cost: Varies, depending on class

Make bad art

Where: Cornerstone Center for the Arts

Cost: “Disasterpieces” are awarded with various prizes and cost isn’t required, but a $5-donation is suggested.

Enjoy a cup, paint a canvas

Discover Muncie

Where: Cornerstone Center for the Arts

Sip a brew, recreate a masterpiece
